You are registering for full-day summer services at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the North Valley (BGCNV) at our Hamilton City Camp. The cost is $25 per week for HUSD Students OR $185 per week for out of District students. Camp will begin Wednesday, June 12, 2024 and end August 2, 2024. Camp Location: Hamilton City Elementary School. Camp for K-8th grade. You may pick and choose which weeks you would like to register for and it does not need to be all of them. I understand that I am registering for full-day services at the Hamilton City Boys & Girls Club, located at 277 Capay Ave, Hamilton City; however all participants must have a current membership application on file, will need to pay a one-time summer membership fee of $50 along with the weekly fees. The membership application needs to be filled out and fees still need to be paid through our website or at the Club front desk with cash or credit card. *
I understand that registration by itself does not reserve a spot for my child in Camp Jamoa.  I understand that I will receive a confirmation email from BGCNV Staff within 3 business days of registration, which officially confirms my child's spot. *
I agree to pay required weekly fee for full-day services (8:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday). Payments must be made in full by at registration or any time prior to June 1st with online or Club front desk with cash or credit card only. *

All cancellations MUST be made two weeks prior to each reserved week and MUST be made with the Camp Director by email. Cancellations made without notification will require a $50 reservation fee to be paid to BGCNV by cash or credit card only.  Refunds issued for approved cancellations (made two weeks in advance) will be issued within five to seven (5-7) business days. *
Check-In (between 8:00am & 8:30am) and Check-Out (4:30pm and 6:00pm). Breakfast snack, Lunch, PM Snack and Supper will be offered. *
If your child needs medication during camp hours, required paperwork (Authorization for Medication Administration) must be submitted to the BGCNV at least two business days prior to the start of Camp Jamoa.*over the counter and prescribed medications *
